解决办法：C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS 删除该文件内的所有文件，保证该目录下空白无文件。

然后再次启动Print Spooler服务

Print Spooler服务：运行窗口中输入命令services.msc后点击确定按钮，查找Print Spooler
