win10或者win11自动更新后系统有bug，太闹心了，是时候选择一个稳定版本彻底关闭更新了

第一步：

在win11左下方搜索框输入：powershell， 选择「Windows PowerShell (管理员)」

第二步：

在 Windows PowerShell 中输入 sc.exe config wuauserv start= disabled 后按回车，禁止 Windows 启动更新服务。

第三步：

输入 sc.exe stop wuauserv 后按回车，停止当前正在运行的 Windows 更新服务。

以后win11 就不会自动更新了。

第四步

若想恢复自动更新，只需输入： sc.exe config wuauserv start= auto 即可

如果上面的方法仍然不能阻止windows更新，那只能上大招了。
