中国加入WTO法律文件中文参考译文

目前中国加入WTO法律文件的中文翻译工作已经完成，其中文参考译文已经刊登在外经贸部网站上面。

而全国人大和国务院近期还将以公报的形式正式公布这些中文参考译文。2001年12月10日，外经贸部首次公布了我国加入世贸组织的英文本法律文件。

此外，外经贸部本周一已正式授权人民出版社和法律出版社出版中国加入WTO法律文件,这两本书都将在公报发布 后的第一时间上市。

本次人民出版社出版的图书称为《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件导读》，该书将对议定书和工作组报告书的内容进行说明和介绍，后附议定书及其附件和工作组报告书的中文参考译文。该书为《中国加入世界贸易组织知识读本》丛书中的一册。目前排版工作正在紧张进行中，近日将在京开机印刷。

为方便广大读者尽早了解有关WTO法律文件，在外经贸部政府网站公开法律文件的中文参考译文的同时，外经贸部中国国际电子商务中心建设运营的中国外经贸、中国招商、在线广交会等三个网站将在线转载。届时登陆上述网站，点击《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件》专栏就可看到法律文件的中文参考译文了。
