一、设计目的
1、学习元器件的基本识别方法和参数测试方法;学习万用表的基本使用方法;
2、焊接收音机的电路板,安装收音机,了解收音机的工作原理;
3、学会看懂收音机的电路原理图;
4、了解装配技术有关常识;
5、掌握基本的焊接技术,培养在工作中耐心细致,一丝不苟的作风;
6、学习使用万用表对电路性能测试方法和测量数据的分析;
7、通过对收音机的安装,焊接,调试,了解电子产品的装配全过程,训练动手能力掌握元器件的识别,建议测试,及整机调试,装配工艺;
8、收音机的装配和调试合格;
9、学习科研生产工作的总结方法。
二、设计要求
1、对照电原理图看懂接线图;
2、了解图上方的符号,并与实物对照;
3、根据技术指标测试个元器件的主要参数;
4、认真细心的安装焊接。
5、认真识图,规范安装和调试步骤;
6、认真对电子元器件识别;
7、撰写设计报告;
