1 目的和范围

本指导书的目的是规范测量设备OVEN PM每一条款操作流程。

本指导书适用于METROLOGY 组工程师完成M3区域测量设备OVEN PM操作。

4.1 P.M.时，如皮肤或眼睛触碰到上述有机溶液，需立刻用清水大量冲洗皮肤15分钟后，脱掉污染的衣物、鞋子等。

设备开启操作步骤：

打开总电源。

打开主机电源。

设备开机后检查 请参阅6.3《OVEN设备开机检查表》。

测量OVEN 季度PM Check List

Check power parameter.

To check the power cable connection is good.

To measure facility power supply. Spec: 220V± 10V.

Check the main door status.

To check the door open and close movement.

Confirm the handler of the door status is good.

To confirm rubber around the door edge ‘s hermetic is good.

Check the LED diode display status.

Check the screen by eyes.

Check the leak power safety switch position.

Confirm the leak power safety switch hold on correct position.

Push the near the button to test the leak power safety switch function.

Check Temp setting knob function.

Rotate the temp setting knob to test temp setting function.

Look to the LED diode screen. IF the digital increase or decrease follow your setting.

Check Timer setting knob function.

Rotate the timer setting knob to test time setting function.

The timer bar back and stop’s time if match your setting.

Check the fan sensor status.

Confirm the fan sensor error indication LED is off.

Check overheat sensor status.

Confirm the overheat sensor error indication LED is off.

Cycle one times.

Setting temp is 100℃, Setting timer is 1hours.

The temp accurate character confirm.

Measure inside temp by temperature meter.

Cleaning main body. Clean and no dirty

Clean the main door windows and around the body by IPA and wiper. Clean and no dirty

Cleaning inside and frame. Clean and no dirty

Clean the inside frame by IPA and wiper. Clean and no dirty

测量OVEN 年度PM Check List

Including all quarterly PM all item.

Cycle one times.

Setting temp is 100℃, Setting timer is 1hours.

The temp accurate character confirm.

Measure inside temp by temperature meter.

5.5 说明

5.5.1 周 PM允许时间范围为计划时间前后3天。月度PM为7天，季度PM范围为15天，半年度

PM为20天，年度PM范围为30天。(如果在PM合理范围内实际PM时间与计划PM的时间差超出此设备的次级PM单位时间，那么需加做次级类型PM) 因特殊情况不能按计划实施PM，要填写《设备（详见《设备管理程序》）

PM实施更改单》。
