处理方案未确定有问题已修改检查轴柜1内9U2模块:检测9U2-F2与9U2-E之间的电压(电池直流电压);检测9U2-A1与9U2-A2之间交流电压(230VAC);检测9U2-15是否有24V直流电压;检查9U2-18与9A1-I0.3之间接线;如无上述问题,并且9U2-18口无24V直流电压,更换9U2模块;检查轴柜2内9U2模块:检测9U2-F2与9U2-E之间的电压(电池直流电压);检测9U2-A1与9U2-A2之间交流电压(230VAC);检测9U2-15是否有24V直流电压;检查9U2-18与9A1-I0.4之间接线;如无上述问题,并且9U2-18口无24V直流电压,更换9U2模块;;检查轴柜3内9U2模块:检测9U2-F2与9U2-E之间的电压(电池直流电压);检测9U2-A1与9U2-A2之间交流电压(230VAC);检测9U2-15是否有24V直流电压;检查9U2-18与9A1-I0.5之间接线;如无上述问题,并且9U2-18口无24V直流电压,更换9U2模块;让蓄电池充电几小时后再进行检查;检查轴柜1内9U1模块:检测9U1-F2与9U1-E之间的电压(电池直流电压),如电压低于210V,检查AC500的输出电压和它对至蓄电池的充电回路;检测9U1-A1与9U1-A2之间交流电压(230VAC);检测9U1-15是否有24V直流电压;检查9U1-18与11A1-I2.3之间接线;如无上述问题,并且9U1-18口无24V直流电压,更换9U2模块;

检查6F1-13是否有24V直流电压;检查6F1-14与13A1-I4.2的接线;检查6F1所属控制回路接线是否短路(6K2、6K3、6K4、7K1、7K2、7K7、7K6等接触器);断掉主柜1Q1主电开关及对应轴柜5Q1电池柜供电开关,测量pitchmaster的L1,L2,L3三相输入两两端电阻及它们分别对地的电阻,看有无短接现象;在给出变桨信号的情况下测量对应轴Pitchmaster的U,W口有无220V直流输出,如没有输出需更换Pitchmaster;检查6F1,6S1,7K7,8K3,7K1回路是否有216V直流电;断电后拆下换向二极管,用二极管档测量3-2,1-2压降为0.8V左右,反过来测量不通,如不是上述情况,说明换向二极管已烧坏
