Operation procedure:

The first step: choose the frame according to the number of 1

keys (select left frame) or 2 keys (which selected digital

frame)

The second step: send operation command:

1) use the keyboard shortcuts to send commands

D key shift + lift base

E key drop column + lift base

F key balance jack

7 button balance jack

8 keys received the first guard plate (for end head for

telescopic beam)

The first 9 key stretch guard plate (for end frame for stretch

shrink beam)

send the command SIDESEAL, IN, OUT, side guard board with K key

or M key

* according to the number 7 key, the screen shows "FLIN:---",

then click "I" button down one line, the screen shows "FLEX:---"

- select "automatically stretch guard board function.

The second step: set the direction of the group (the direction

of the default group action is near to far)

Press the number 4 keys (grouped on the left of the operating

rack) or the number 5 keys (grouped on the right side of the

operating rack)

The third step: to adjust the direction of the group action,

and then press the number 4 or the number 5 keys

The fourth step: press the start button

6, use the shortcut key to enter the specified menu column

directly

A - directly select the menu "SERVICE (service)" column.

B - directly select the menu "GLOBAL-PARAMETER" (general

parameter) column.

F - directly select the menu "ERROR MESSAGE" (automatic

function error) column.

6 - directly select the menu "CP:---" (Group Auto slide function)

column.

7 - directly select the menu "FLIN:---" (Group Automatic

receive / extension protection board function).

8 - directly select the menu "BP:---" (Group automatic push off

function) column.

9 - directly select the menu "ASQ:---" (automatic drop down,

move up, sequence, linkage function).

7, modify parameters

Operation procedure:

Step 1: make the screen display the desired menu line;

The second step: press the "R" key to enter the modified state;

The third step: modify parameters:

The menu displays parameter items with * symbols: enter the

ideal number, modify the parameters directly.

The menu shows the parameter items without the * sign (for most):

modify the parameters with the "K" key (decrement) or the "M"

key (increment).

The fourth step: press the R button to confirm

8, commonly used operations

1, set the sensor to invalid

If the sensor has problems or damage, you can set them to be

invalid. Operation procedure:

Step 1: move the MEASURED VALUES (sensor measurements) column

with the left and right keys;

The second step: use up and down the key to call up the sensor

menu items

$PROP>> column pressure value (MP)

$CONVEYOR pass Jack travel value (mm)

The $IR SNS value indicates that the controller receives the

signal voltage of the infrared receiver

The third step: under the name of a sensor, press the R key,

the frame is set to invalid. In an invalid state, the R key is

resumed once again.

9. Reset the controller

Operation procedure:

Step 1: press the "A" button to enter the menu SERVICE (service)

column;

The second step: use the down key to transfer the "RESET" item.

Under this item, press the "K" key to reset the controller and

restart the program, just like when the power is on.

10 atresia and sudden stop

Lock: staff to support a long time stay should be implemented

Three, matters needing attention

No matter what mode of operation is used, it must be confirmed

that no one is in or before the scaffold being operated.

Otherwise, the scaffold shall not be operated.

When lifting the column, attention should be paid to whether

the initial support force is reached and the existing problems

should be dealt with in time.

When moving or moving a carrier, the front of the support must

be observed to prevent damage to the cable, the amplifying

telephone, the water pipe and other equipment.

When lifting the column, attention should be paid to the

position of the side guard plate to prevent it from being

damaged.

When operating, should grasp the reasonable height of the

support bracket, the maximum support height should be less than

the design height of 200mm, the minimum support height should

be greater than the design height 300mm.

When the control valve failure or malfunction occurs, we should

carefully find the reasons, troubleshooting in time, or can not

operate the stent.

If the roof or other abnormal conditions are found during the

landing, the bracket should be raised immediately and the frame

can be lowered until it is properly handled.

In order to increase or decrease the height of the mine, a steady

transition must be carried out to maintain a reasonable shape.

If the cycle pressure is encountered in the face, roof

subsidence appears larger, roof caving, spalling, serious

balance cylinder piston rod, frame structure of large amount

of bad situation, must advance up.
