结构概述：

Architectural Overview:

本品为立式外形，容积40升。外壳采用优质钢板表面镀塑，工作室采用优质不锈钢钢板，中间搁板由不锈钢丝做成。中间层的隔热填充物为超细玻璃棉。箱门中间有双层钢化玻璃观察窗，通过它可以清晰观察到箱内加热的物品。箱门密封条采用耐热硅胶密封圈，保证了工作室与箱门之间的密封。开关、电源指示灯、风门调节、温控仪等操作件均集中箱体底部。

参数设定后，应按功能键“SET”完成确认修改，在不按任何键状态下，自动退回到正常显示状态，仪表承认修改。

使用方法：

Operational way

1. 操作人员需要仔细阅读使用说明，了解熟悉干燥箱功能后才能进行操作。

2. 把需要干燥处理的物品放入干燥箱内，关好箱门。

The items need to put in the oven drying process, shut the door.

3. 接通电源，打开电源开关，此时电源指示灯亮，温控仪表首先开始按A、B、C程序自检。

A：所有数字及指示灯亮，用来检测发光系统是否正常，此时如发现有不能点亮的发光件，请停止使用该仪表送修（本过程仅持续0.2秒）

process lasts only 0.2 seconds).

B：PV窗口显示“type”,SV窗口显示仪表目前所应配输入类型“pt100” （本过程仅持续0.2秒）.

C：显示仪表的控制范围，SV窗口显示下限测量控制值“0.0”，PV窗口显示上限控制值“200.0”设定比例带时就是根据此范围来取得比例系数的（此过程持续2S）。

4．仪表进行完以上3步自检后，就进入正常测控状态，PV窗口显示测量值，SV窗口显示设定值。

5．温度设定：

Temperature setting

当所需要加热温度与设定温度相同时，就不需要设定。想要修改设定值时，请在正常的显示测量方式下，按下“SET”键，PV窗口显示“SP”，SV窗口显示已设置的值，此时按▲或▼调节设定的值，后再按“SET”键完成确认修改，在不按任何键的状态下自动回到正常显示状态，仪表同样承认修改。

如：需设定温度80℃，原设定温度5℃，先按下“SET”键，PV窗口显示“SP”，然后按▲或▼，使SV窗口显示80，再按“SET”键确认，温度设定结束。

6．除“SP”，以外的其他各参数，在产品出厂前经过严格检测后，已经给予设定，并进行了加密（LOCK—为电子锁）。一般都不需要进行设定。特别是“PB”“Ti”“Td”“t”不宜修改。若要修改，则可以按住“SET”键0.3秒以上PV窗口显示“AL-1”，然后再按“SET”键，当进入电子锁设定状态“LOCK”时，SV窗口显示“0”按▲键输入密码后才可进行内部参数修改设置。（切断电源后，密码自行去掉，LOCK状态显示0）。

上限（下限）跟踪报警温度设定：

出厂已经设定高（低）10℃，如需重新设定按功能键“SET”键，仪表进入跟踪报警设定状态ALM，按▲或▼操作，最后按“SET”键确认，设定结束，当测量温度大于或等于（小于或等于）设定温度SP值+报警设定值时，就会发出报警。ALM指示灯亮。

温度显示修正：

Temperature display correction:

一般产品出厂都进行严格的测试，不需要修正。如有外界环境各种因素影响，而引起温度误差，超出技术指标范围的可以修正。具体步骤是按功能键“SET”

键，使PV显示“SC”修正，按按▲或▼操作，就可以对温度显示进行修正，再按“SET”键确认，温度显示修正设定结束。

7．设定结束后，各项数据长期保存。此时干燥箱进入升温状态，加热指示灯亮。当箱内温度接近设定温度时，加热指示灯忽亮忽熄，反复多次，控制进入恒温状态。

8．根据不同物体的潮湿程度，选择不同的干燥时间。打开风门可以调整物体的干燥速度。

9．干燥结束后，把电源开关拨至“0”处。如要马上打开箱门则要小心高温烫伤。

10．同时也可以通过打开自整定参数功能来实现PID参数的自动整定。其步骤是：按“SET”键3秒以上，仪表进入设定循环状态“AL-1”，反复按“SET”键，使PV显示“LOCK”按▲，输入密码，继续按“SET”键，使PV窗口显示“At”，SV窗口显示“OFF”，然后按加键▲，使SV窗口显示“ON”， 按“SET”键确认，此时自整定AT灯亮，温控进入PID自整定控制。经一段时间后自整定结束。面板上AT灯熄灭，自整定所得的参数PID值已经自动保存，并永久保存。除非用户自行更改或重新启动自整定功能将其更改。

开启自整定功能时要注意以下几点：

You want to pay attention to the following points when start Self-tuning function:

开启自整定功能前请确定设定值，自整定的参数只对应设定在系统的相对参数。

自整定结束，自动设定好的PID参数，即使切断电源，所设定的PID参数仍将保存，所以继续运行时，不需再进行自整定，除非你要改变设定点，则要重新开始自整定功能。

自整定期间是按照普通的二位式调节仪来控制系统，依据不同过程，PV值可能发生很大的变化，所以即使有过冲现象也很正常。

11．在自整定状态下。如要结束自整定功能，可进入参数层将At项按▼键即可转换到显示当前输出功率百分比状态（PV窗口显示测量值，SV窗口显示当前一个周期内的输出功率），再按下▼键，则返回正常显示状态。例如：SV显示H50.0则表示当前输出50%的功率。

12．PV窗口显示“。。。。。。。。”“°°°°°°°”时表示断偶或测量值超载。
