系统网络配置完毕后,可通过WebUI来查看每个节点所拥有的IP地址。将鼠标停留在某个节点的IP地址上即可显示该节点所有的IP地址,下图为示例图。

2. Isilon集群的初始化安装

本次配置中,为简化后期运维X200节点从上至下分别对应WebUI中的Node4~Node1.

调试终端配置

使用Terminal软件连接第一台节点串口,波特率115200,其他默认值;

首先应该建立一个集群,通过终端连接后,可看到如下界面:

2.1.2. 查看和更改网络配置

WebUI, Cluster >> Networking可查看网络配置,如下图所示。

可以配置多个子网(通过“Add Subnet”),以便灵活的提供服务,本次只配置了一个子网。如果需要对子网进行编辑,可单击 “Subnet0”。

通过WebUI, Cluster >>Cluster Management>>Activate License来输入License。

3. Isilon 集群管理

3.1. 集群登陆

打开浏览器,输入任何一个节点的IP或者Cluster的Service IP,键入回车即可。

3.3. 保护级别的设置

3.3.1. Disk pool保护级别

登录WebUI, 选择File System >>SmartPools>>Summary, 可查看当前的disk pool 的保护级别,系统缺省的保护级别为+2:1模式。

系统使用中可根据需要随时调整保护级别,如下图所示,通过“Modify disk pool settings ”可以更改保护级别,如红色箭头所指。

3.3.2. 共享目录的保护级别

Isilon存储可以提供不同粒度的保护级别,可以针对某个共享的目录进行保护级别的设置。通过WebUI, File System>>File System Explorer进入管理界面。

选择“Properties”,弹出对话框,可对目录的保护级别和参数进行进一步的设置,该设置会取代Disk pool的缺省设置。

3.4. DNS的设置

目前没有单独的DNS服务器,可采用Isilon自身提供的DNS服务。登录WebUI,选择Cluster>>Networking, 可看到下图所示界面。此处只配置了一个子网Subnet0,点击进入。

注意:此处有一个“DNS Settings”,当有专门的DNS服务器时,可以在此处进行编辑,直接填入DNS服务器的IP地址或者是地址列表即可。

单击“subnet0”后,可看到如下界面。采用红色圈住的SmartConnect service IP 来提供DNS服务。

3.4.1. Windows客户端

在没有额外DNS服务器的情况下,可直接将其DNS指向此地址,即SmarConnect Service IP。

3.4.2. Linux客户端

在没有额外DNS服务器的情况下,可修改/etc/内容,将nameserver设置为SmartConnect Service IP, 如下所示:

3.5. 设置共享目录

3.5.1. 新建共享目录

首先,必须有一个共享给客户的目录,如果没有现成的目录的话,应当在Isilon上新建一个。通过WebUI,File System >>File System Explorer

在File System Explorer中,从左边的目录树选择 /ifs/data(所有的目录都应建在/ifs/data中,以方便日后的管理),然后点击 “Add Directory”(下图绿色的圈),会弹出对话框,在对话框中输入目录名,选择属组,此处选择的是sugon/users,还可同时设置权限. 下图中设置的“NewDirectory”在客户mount之后的属组应当为sugon/users.

3.5.2. SMB目录共享

导出SMB目录给客户端使用。WebUI >> File Sharing >> SMB,可查看当前的SMB导出

选择Add Share新建共享目录,browser选择需要导出的目录,然后点击submit

3.5.3. NFS目录共享

导出NFS目录给客户端使用。WebUI >> File Sharing >> NFS,可查看当前的NFS导出。

选择“Add export”来增加共享目录。

通过“Browse”按钮来选择要Export的目录。

3.6.1. Windows用户使用范例

将CIFS share映射为一个分区即可。输入DNS name(这里以为例)或指定节点的IP,后面加上要映射的具体目录。

使用远程mount来实现

1) 在Linux客户端新建test目录

2) 根据DNS name(这里以为例)或指定节点的IP来mount 远程Isilon目录

mount :/ifs/test ./test
