蓝牙耳机和音箱成品检验标准
前言
本标准适用于___的蓝牙耳机和音箱产品，包括研发、试生产、QA增强性试验和出货检验等各个阶段。本标准由品管部起草。

说明
1.目的：规范成品检验，指导生产部门对不良品的控制并保证产品出货质量，特编写QA检验标准。
2.范围：本标准适用于本公司所有蓝牙耳机和音箱成品检验。
3.抽样标准依据GB/T2828.1-2012级，一次抽样，一般检验水平Ⅱ级，重缺陷（MA）.
4.检验工具：工作台、卡尺、专用测试蓝牙电脑，带蓝牙功能的手机，蓝牙测试仪。
5.检验依据：标准样品、产品规格书。
6.检验项目：成品功能检验、成品外观检验，成品可靠性能检验。
7.本标准规程未尽项目，需要检验可参照国标要求，当检验规范的检验项目在技术要求中未作规定时可不做检验要求。

2.3性能检验及缺陷分类
检验项目：耳机开机
缺陷描述：
1.按MFB键3秒以上，不能正常开机。
2.开、关机在耳机开启状态下，按MFB键3秒以上不能关机。
检验项目：耳机配对
缺陷描述：
1.进入配对状态按住MFB键不能进入耳机配对状态。
2.耳机在配对模式下不能和蓝牙手机配对。
检验项目：接听、挂断电话
缺陷描述：耳机不能正常接听或挂断电话。
检验项目：通话功能
缺陷描述：
1.耳机在通话过程中出现己方或对方无声音。
2.来电时，按住接听键2秒以上不能拒接电话。
3.在通话过程中按住音量键2秒以上不能启动静音。
4.按MFB键,快速按2次，手机不能重拨电话。
5.不能实现语音拨号功能。
检验项目：音量调节
缺陷描述：有功能，按“音量+”或“音量-”键不能对耳机具体检验机实现音量控制。
检验项目：通话保持
缺陷描述：在通话状态下按MFB键2次以上，MIC不能静音；在通话保持状态下按MFB键2次不能解除通话MIC静音状态。
检验项目：提示音
缺陷描述：在正常进行各项操作时，听筒中听不到提示音或提示音和说明书叙述不一致。
检验项目：按键功能
缺陷描述：耳机任意一个或多个按键无功能或灵敏度差。
检验项目：指示灯
缺陷描述：耳机指示灯不亮，过亮，过暗，指示灯亮度存在明显差异或颜色颠倒。
检验项目：连接稳定性
缺陷描述：
1.耳机与手机连接后，距离100公分内来电话时，蓝牙自动断线。
2.通话距离耳机与手机背对，小于8米。
3.通话距离耳机与手机正对，距离小于10米。
检验项目：耳机性能兼容性
缺陷描述：耳机不能和不同品牌手机匹配。
检验项目：通话质量
缺陷描述：耳机在通话过程中出现长时间明显的杂音，回音。

在通话过程中，偶尔会出现轻微的杂音或回音，影响通话质量。为了保证产品的基本功能和性能，需要进行可靠性测试。其中，低温存储测试、高温存储测试、高温高湿运行测试和低温运行测试都是必要的测试项目。
除了通话质量外，还有一些其他的缺陷分类。比如耳机在通话过程中，发送和接收的音量感觉偏小；听筒质量不佳，会出现“破”音；正常通话10分钟左右，耳机会发热等等。这些问题需要在生产过程中及时检验，确保产品的质量达到标准。
在进行可靠性测试时，需要使用高低温测试箱等设备，将产品放置在不同的温度环境下，测试其低温存储特性、高温存储特性、高温高湿运行特性以及低温运行特性。测试数量为3PCS，测试结果需要参照检验项目进行判断，以确定产品是否合格。
需要注意的是，本文件所列功能和性能技术数据为目前产品设计状态下所测试所得。如果产品在今后的设计变更或改进中发生变化，需要按照变更后的技术参数进行检验。同时，如果有特殊检验要求，也需要按照特殊检验要求执行。
3.4.5.合格依据：在自然条件下恢复2小时后，参照2.3检验项目进行检验判断。
3.5：跌落测试
3.5.1.测试定义：测试产品结构的稳固性能。
3.5.2.测试设备：跌落台。
3.5.3.测试条件：将产品由高度为1200mm的位置自由跌落到置于水泥地面上，从6个面，每个方向自由跌落1次，自由跌落结束后，测试产品功能。
3.5.4.测试数量：3个。
3.5.5.合格依据：参照2.2和2.3检验项目进行检验判断。
3.6 振动测试
3.6.1.测试定义：测试产品的结构稳固性能及在运输过程中的可靠稳固性能。
3.6.2.测试设备：振动测试机。
3.6.3.测试条件：将产品直接安装或通过夹具安装在振动台的台面上，按下面的振动频率和对应的振幅调整好试验设备。
X、Y、Z三个方向每个方向从10Hz～55Hz循环扫频振动30分钟，扫频速率为1oct/min；振动频率：10Hz～55Hz，振幅：0.35mm。
3.6.4.测试数量：3个。
3.6.5.合格依据：参照2.2和2.3检验项目进行检验判断。
3.7 盐雾测试
3.7.1.测试定义：检查产品上金属件的抗腐蚀能力。
3.7.2.测试设备：盐雾试验机。
3.7.3.测试条件：对产品上的五金件（输入输出端口）进行中性盐雾试验，在35℃±2℃的密闭环境中，湿度>85％，PH值在6.5-7.2范围内，用5％±1％的NaCl溶液连续24小时盐水喷雾。盐雾试验完成后，用干布擦去样品表面的盐等沉积物，并用离子风枪清洁，然后在常温下恢复2小时。恢复完成后，检查样品表面的金属件、电镀层外观情况。
3.7.4.测试数量：3个。
3.7.5.合格依据：产品金属表面无严重的氧化腐蚀。
3.8 老化测试
3.8.1.测试定义：测试产品的工作稳定性。
3.8.2.测试设备：蓝牙耳机，辅助测试手机。
3.8.3.测试条件：在常温下，连续工作4小时。
3.8.4.测试数量：3个。
3.8.5.合格依据：参照2.3检验项目进行检验判断。
3.9 丝印附着力测试
3.9.1.测试定义：测试丝印的粘附能力。
3.9.2.测试内容和方法：先用纯棉布蘸无水酒精（浓度≥95％）对丝印部位脱脂，等其干燥后将3M胶带粘在印刷区域，并使用铅笔橡皮擦擦拭接触部位，以加强胶带与待测区之接触面积，静置(90±30)秒后，用手抓胶带快速撕离，检查丝印的附着力情况。
以检测产品的连接性能和稳定性。
3.13.2测试内容和方法：使用专用测试仪器，以均匀的速度施加插拔力，测试各种输入输出端口的插拔次数和插拔力。
3.13.3合格依据：插拔力应符合产品说明书中的规定，且插拔次数应达到产品的标准要求。
3.13.4测试数量：3pcs
3.14.电磁兼容性测试
3.14.1测试定义：测试产品在电磁场环境下的抗干扰能力，以保证产品的稳定性和可靠性。
3.14.2测试内容和方法：使用专用测试设备，模拟不同频率和强度的电磁场干扰，测试产品在不同场强下的工作状态和表现。
3.14.3合格依据：产品应符合国家相关标准和规定，且在测试过程中不应出现异常情况。
3.14.4测试数量：1pcs
3.15.产品可靠性测试
3.15.1测试定义：测试产品在长时间使用和恶劣环境下的可靠性和稳定性。
3.15.2测试内容和方法：使用专用测试设备，对产品进行长时间的高温、低温、高湿、低湿、振动、冲击等多种环境测试，以模拟产品在不同环境下的使用情况。
3.15.3合格依据：产品应符合国家相关标准和规定，且在测试过程中不应出现异常情况。
