EXCEL中利用身份证号输入个人信息的方法

摘要：在行政、人事或学籍管理过程中，我们常常会遇到大量的个人信息录入任务，既繁琐又枯燥。但如果能够理清相关数据之间的关系，并利用Excel的公式、函数、自动填充等功能加以解决，就能起到事半功倍的效果。身份证号是每个职工、学生最重要的个人信息，其中包含了户籍所在地、出生年月、性别等信息。我们可以充分利用这些联系，实现个人信息的简单录入。

Abstract: In the administrative, personnel and management process, we often encounter a number

of personal information into task, both tedious and boring. But if we can sort out the data related to the

relationship between, and using the Excel formula, function, automatic filling functions to solve, can

play a multiplier effect. The ID number is every worker, student's most important personal

information, including census register location, date of birth, sex and other information. We can make

full use of the contact, to achieve personal information to a simple entry.

Excel是Microsoft公司推出的功能强大、技术先进、使用方便的电子表格软件。它可以对表格中的数据进行各种统计和分析，完成诸如数据计算、统计分析、制表和绘图、数据管理等功能，并可将数据和统计出的结果以各种形式的图表表示出来，被广泛应用于财务管理、股票分析、行政管理、学籍管理等领域。
