摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control device for an envelope

bag-making machine, which is capable of obtaining data for specifying factors of causing

poor quality of envelopes, and further capable of notifying a subsequent process of the

fact that the operation associated with the poor quality is caused in the envelope bag-

making ON: The quality control device 1 includes: a data storage unit 13

for storing operation log data that indicates an operation condition of each unit of the

envelope bag-making machine when a collection condition is met; an operation log data

collector 10 for periodically collecting the operation log data from the envelope bag

making machine, and for storing the collected operation log data with a collection date in

the data storage unit 13; and a quality control label output unit 12 for output of a quality

control label 15 using a printer 14, the label configured by analyzing the operation log

data during production of the segmented envelopes every time when the envelope bag

making machine executes segmentation, and by writing contents of the operation

condition of each unit of the envelope bag making machine in addition to lot numbers

and production dates of the segmented envelopes.
