需方：(以下简称乙方)

甲乙双方在平等互利的原则上就下列产品供销事宜协商一致，达

成如下合同条款，以供双方严格遵守：

一、产品名称、数量、金额

二、交货地点、方式：交货地点为常德，收到货款后5日内交货。

三、运输方式及费用负担：乙方负担。

四、结算方式：付现金或银行汇款。

五、违约责任：任何一方违约，违约方每天按货款金额的1%支

付违约金给守约方。
