社交媒体的信息质量研究——以新浪微博为例

摘要：现代互联网社会的发展，社交媒体已经成为分享知识和传输数据的主要方式，

个人用户可以成为生产，注册和信息传播的主要载体。本文以新浪微博为例，同时将应用

市场上流量占比最多的两款APP—抖音短视频、斗鱼为对比，详细分析微博整治活动背后

所蕴藏的关系到网络平台中著作信息歪曲篡改以及实时信息残缺、错误发布的问题。

Abstract: With the development of the modern Internet society, social media

has become the main method of sharing knowledge and transmitting data.

Individual users can become the main carriers of production, registration and

information dissemination. This article takes Sina Weibo as an example to further

explain how the state will exert its regulatory role in the process of microblogging

rectification activities. At the same time, it will compare the application of two

APPs, “Douyin” video and “Douyu" live, with the highest proportion of traffic in

the market. A detailed analysis of the issues underlying the microblogging

remediation activities is related to the distortion and alteration of the information

in the online platform, as well as the incomplete and mis-publishing of real-time

information.

在社交媒体中，区别于传统的新闻大众传媒类媒介，每个人都可以成为信息制造以及

发酵、扩散的主体，而自由的同时，也带来了无穷多的隐患，要加强现代化文化网络平台

提供健康、受之于众的信息，以保证信息的实时性准确性以及可读性。由于社交媒体多样

化的传播平台，所有用户都可以查看，共享和传播信息，从而导致无法把控的信息质量问

题，对社会产生严重的不良影响。

1、目前我国社交媒体的发展

1.1 社交媒体的发展现状

1.1.1 信息传播的桥梁

信息的传播主要表现了两条用户信息之间相互作用的性质。随着社交媒体的出现，传

统信息传递方式发生了变化：社交媒体主要是在移动互联网的模式下传播的。人际交往的

前沿必须在过去的同一个地方进行交流：现在它可以完全打破传统的时间限制，人际沟通

的效率更快，视频沟通可以随时在社交媒体上实时进行通讯。无论QQ，微信和微博等社交

媒体如何互动和交流，社交媒体都可以用来打破无法面对面的沟通障碍。

在各种社交媒体中，我们不仅可以进行文本传达，还可以通过语音，视频和各种图像

进行交流，从而使人际交流的路径更加多样化，还可以扩展我们的社交圈和社交媒体的实

验。 同时，我们不仅可以与受信任的人沟通，还可以建立新的关系。

在社交媒体上，人们可以更快地分享，找到更多志同道合的人。许多贴吧和论坛都是

由在一个方面共享共同需求的人创建的。例如，全国人大经济论坛经常被用来分析一些经

济问题。 社交“圈子”交流让用户在实现“圈子”聚合的同时更好地表达自己的话语。
