3. 名词解释Explanation of terms
可靠性:在给定的条件下，在某个给定的时间间隔，一个产品完成所要求的功能的能力。
可靠性测试：指对原物料和成品进行物理性能、化学性能、机械性能、环境忍耐性能及寿命实验。
ORT: On going reliability test 量产进行中的可靠性测试。
Reliability: The ability of a product to perform the required function at a given time interval
under given conditions.
Reliability test: Refers to physical properties, chemical properties, mechanical properties,
environmental tolerance performance and life test of raw materials and finished products.
ORT: On going reliability test the ongoing reliability test.
4. 职责Duties
4.1 研发部Research and Development Department
4.1.1 研发工艺科，协助质量部完成可靠性作业办法的制定；负责分析样品可靠性测试失效原因，提
出改善措施并验证改善后的效果。The R&D Process Section assists the Quality Department
in the development of the reliability operation method; is responsible for analyzing
the cause of the failure test of the sample reliability test, proposing improvement
measures and verifying the improved effect.
4.2 工艺工程部Process Engineering Department
4.2.1 负责分析量产阶段，例行性可靠性测试失效原因，提出改善措施并验证改善后的效果。
Responsible for analyzing the mass production stage, the cause of the failure of the
routine reliability test, proposing improvement measures and verifying the improved
effect.
4.3 质量部Quality Department
4.3.1 质量实验室，主导制定、修订本作业办法。
Quality laboratory, leading the formulation and revision of this operation method.

4.3.2 质量实验室，执行可靠性测试（包括委外测试）并输出可靠性测试报告。
Quality laboratory, perform reliability testing (including outsourcing testing) and
output reliability test report.
4.3.3 DQA负责材料及样品验证出现的异常，负责跟进分析进度及追踪改善效果。
DQA is responsible for the abnormality of material and sample verification, and is

4.3.4 对于ORT测试异常，由质量实验室负责跟进分析进度及追踪改善效果。

4.4 市场部Marketing department
4.4.1 反馈客户端最新可靠性测试的要求至质量部及研发部，必要时，应客户的要求提出可靠性测试
申请。

department and the R&D department. If necessary, apply for a reliability test at the
request of the customer.
4.4.2 反馈客户端因可靠性失效的投诉，并反馈至相关单位（开发阶段：研发部、量产阶段:质量部）

(development stage: R & D department, mass production stage: quality department)
4.5 采购部Purchasing Department
4.5.1 根据可靠性申请部门需求，开发第三方可靠性测试机构；
Develop a third-party reliability testing organization based on the requirements of
the reliability application department;
4.5.2 要求第三方测试机构提供ISO17025认证的资质及相关被认可测试的项目表并备存。
A third-party testing organization is required to provide ISO 17025 certification
qualifications and related approved test items and keep them.
4.6 计划部Ministry of Planning
4.6.1 负责将量产阶段需执行可靠性试验的机种明细提供给实验室。
Responsible for providing the laboratory with details of the types of reliability tests
