Winmail 退信分析大全

一般情况下，当您发送的邮件无法正常到达收件人时，Winmail 邮件系统将会自动给您发一封系统退
信，这封退信通知里面包含了无法正常发送到对方邮件地址的原因，所以绝大多数情况下可以通过退信通
知来找出发信失败的原因及解决方式。 当您收到退信时，可以选择将您收到的退信通知的原件完整的转发

以上是 Winmail Server 产生的错误回弹信，由于各个邮件系统的错误回弹信表达方式不同，所以同一个原
因可能因邮件系统的不同而有不同的描述。以下是一些常见的退信分析：
收件人地址不存在
错误原因：
收件人邮箱帐号不存在或收件方服务器无法找到收件人邮件地址
No such user、user unknown、unknown or illegal alias、account inactive、user not found、
可能出现的关键字：
Invalid address、invalid recipient、not a valid mailbox、mailbox cannot be delivered、invalid
rcpt to
由于在对方邮件系统中无法找到要投递的用户地址，因此该邮件无法正确投递到该地
解决方法：
址中让接受者接收出现了此退信。可能是由于写错了email地址，请确认该地址的输
入是否正确，或者同收件人确认是否其email地址。确认无误后重新投递即可。
