基于VMware Workstation 8的Fedora17安装

本文讨论在已安装完VMware Workstation 8的前提下，Fedora17在虚拟机上

安装的步骤和配置的方法。

Step1.如图001所示选择Create a New Virtual Machine。

Step2.如图002所示在Welcome to the New Virtual Machine Wizard中选

择Custom (advanced)选项，然后点Next。

Step3.如图003所示，点Next。

Step4.如图004所示，选择原先下载在D盘下的Fedora17的镜像文件导入，

点Next。

Step5.如图005所示，选择客操作系统为Linux，版本为Fedora 64-bit，

点Next。

Step6.如图006所示，Virtual machine name默认为Fedora 64-bit，将安

装路径由默认的C盘下改至D:Virtual Machines路径下，点Next。

Step7.如图007所示，默认分配给虚拟机上系统的处理器个数为1个，无需

改动，点Next。
