解决win7官方主题themepack无法安装的问题

排除系统主题服务的问题后，无法安装themepack文件，问题通常出在文件关联上面，

themepack文件使用打开，但是不能使用“打开方式”选择，详细的打开方

式参数如下：

导入如下注册信息即可解决themepack文件的打开关联（记得重启，必要时重建图标缓存）。

如果导入以上注册信息后仍然不能双击打开themepack文件，有可能是因为你曾经选择了自

定义打开方式造成的，win7默认记住用户自选择的打开方式，并且将其设置为默认优先的打开

方式，所以只需要删除以下路径下的user choice文件夹即可（如果存在权限问题，属性修改权

限即可）
