般主办方都会说明上届的各国展商数量,有的还会列出参展名单,从中你可以看到其国际
化程度及同行有名的企业是否有参加。当然对中国企业来说哪些中国企业有去过也很重要。
2,一些希望直接面对参展商的展会主办方会把官方的展位费和展位图放在官网上,大
家尽可了解对比。
3,有些展会会有中国的一些展会代理公司在推广,其价格若是与官网上的价格一样也
大可向其拿展位,毕竟沟通可能好一些。如果有专门的商务部来处理也无所谓了。
4,有时国内的展会代理公司标摊会便宜一些是因为他们有找自已合作的搭建公司在境
外搭建,这些中国的搭建公司报价当然比主办方要低。我们公司之前也有自己找中国搭建
公司在境外做一个很大展位的特装,也不是很麻烦。国内展会代理公司也是一样找他们,
只不过当个传声筒罢了。和前面说的一样,还是得看你们公司有没有足够的人来负责出展
