入住须知Check-in note
1. 入住学生请认真阅读此卡内容，填写客房登记内容，签定安全协议，凭此卡交纳宿费和
退房结帐。
The students who check-in should read this note carefully ,fill out the registration
form, sign the security agreement, and present this card when paying lodging fee
and checking out .
2．留学生宿舍公共厨房内配有电冰箱、微波炉、电磁炉或煤气灶，可免费使用。配有
卡式全自动洗衣机，洗衣卡在5号楼总台出售。房间内配有网络端口。
Refrigerator, micro-wave oven, induction cooker or gas stove are free available
in the common kitchen of Foreign Student department as well as Fully-automatic
washing machines, the washing card is available at the information desk of the 5th
floor. the internet access is provided in the room .
3．中心设有餐厅。开放时间早7：00—8：00，午11：00—12：30，晚5：00—8：
00，可用现金付帐，也可买饭卡付帐。
The centre is equipped with an restaurant .open time 7：00—8：00 pm , 11：
00—12：30 noon 5：00—8：00,payment en cash or with meal card.
4．入住后一周内到交流中心5号楼总台交纳本学期宿费，逾期一个月未交者交纳5%
滞纳金。每月25—31日为留学生办理退房时间，请持宿费收据和相关证明到5号楼总台
办理，其它时间不予办理。

fines ,if the payment is overdue by one month ,25-31th of each month is the
check-out time ,please bring the lodging receipts and related certificates to the
information desk of 5

building, other time is unavailable.
5．请爱护公共设施和房间物品，如有损坏须按价赔偿。不准在走廊、自助厨房堆积个
人物品，房间内不准养宠物。
Please take good care of public facilities and room items, if any damage
occurred ,compensation should be paired, stacking personal items in the
self-service kitchen is forbidden, catering pets inside the room are not allowed.

安全协议security agreement
为了确保广大留学生人身、财产安全，根据辽宁师范大学《关于加强冬季安全防范工
作的通知》精神以及留学生宿舍有关管理规定，交流中心与入住留学生宿舍的外国留学生
签定如下安全协议，请认真阅读，并自觉遵守。
In order to ensure the personal and property safety, and in accordance with
the spirit a
Liaoning normal university and the codes concerning the dormitory regulations,
hereby ,the exchange center sign the security agreement (as below) with the
foreign students, please read carefully and abide consciously.
1． 请妥善保管好贵重物品，出门时请锁好门窗，晚上就寝前插好门闩。
Take good care of your valuables, lock the door and windows before going out,
and latch the door before going bed at night .
2． 安全使用煤气，用后及时关闭开关。
Be careful when using the gas, and switch off the gas timely when finished.
3． 进入房间后请关注门后“火警紧急指示”和逃生常识。
Please focus on the fire emergency instructions and the escaping common
sense when entered room.
4．房间内不允许使用电炉子、电暖气和电热毯。在使用电熨斗等电器时要注意安全。
中心在安全用电检查中，若发现有违章使用电器者，将予以没收。对违反有关规定造成严
重后果者，将依法追究其刑事责任。
The electric stove, electric heating and electric blankets are not allowed in the
room, be careful, when using iron and other appliances. If it found any one using
the electric appliances above which shall be confiscated in course of safety
checking, in case of serious consequences caused by the violation of relevant
regulations, they will be shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in
accordance with the law .
