面情绪,使压力增大.在我看来,我们只需用一颗平常心去对待考试就可以了。

其次,当你觉得自己压力很大的时候,你可以去找自己的亲朋好友聊聊天,每个人思

考的角度不同,在思想的碰撞下,没准你就会豁然开朗。就拿我来说,每当我觉得压力有

点大时,我就会给我的最好的朋友或者是我的妈妈打电话。每次通完电话,我就会觉得轻

松了好多。

第三,我觉得运动可以很好地帮我们减轻压力。我比较喜欢打排球和篮球。每个星期

叫上几个好朋友去打打球,我觉得运动的过程中我们是最快乐的,再也不用去想那些烦人

的事情。在运动的过程中,我们享受着单纯的快乐,挥洒着青春的汗水。我觉得这是一件

非常美好的事情。你们值得一试.

当然了,减压的方式有很多种,我仅仅是讲述了对我很有效的方法,有些人还会通过

听音乐,看电影等来减压。方法是因人而异的。但是我想告诉大家的是,不管我们用什么

方法,我们都不要因为压力而把我们打垮。我们要正视它,它是客观存在的。只要我们正

确地对待了它,我相信它是可以帮助我们成长的。
