摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor having high reliability by connecting an ambient

temperature damper to an end shaft by both shrink fit and welding and forming a stop

hole at the welding end, thereby preventing the thermal deformation at the welding

time. CONSTITUTION:The ambient temperature damper 4 of a rotor and end shafts 8, 9

are connected by shrink fit with the inner peripheral surface 16b at the outer periphery

16a of the end shaft in the structure that the torque is transmitted by the shrink fitting

surface pressure. Since the interior of the rotor is necessary to maintain vacuum, the

outside peripheral directions of the end shafts 8, 9 of the shrink fitting surface 16 is

welded with the outside sealing of the vacuum part to the rotor. When welding after the

damper 4 is shrinkage fitted to the end shafts 8, 9, a stop hole 18 for preventing the

inflow of the heat to the surface 16 is formed at the welding end, thereby preventing the

temperature rise. Thus, the thermal deformation at the welding time can be prevented.
