一、 主要功能

利用一个人指纹特征的唯一性防止他人未经授权即私自访问您的计算机，并通过高级

数据保护功能增强您的私有数据的安全性。

二、产品说明

1、采用先进的生物指纹传感技术，伪造指纹无法破解，极大的增强了文件的安全性。

2、USB2.0接口，支持操作系统Win2000/XP / vista/win7

3、可刷百万次，适合工作环境温度：-25 ℃至85 ℃。

4、支持语言：中文（简繁体）、英语、德语、法语、日语、意大利语、葡萄牙语、西

班牙语、俄语、韩语、巴西语等多国家语言。

三、安装说明

1、解压压缩文件

后再进行

，解压完成后首先安装文件夹中文件，提示安装完成

文件的安装。待提示安装完成后重新启动计算机便完成了本产品的安

装，重启计算机后程序会自动运行显示在计算机桌面右下角任务栏里。

2、左键点击，弹出对话框之后点击初始化向导进行指纹登记。按照提示登记完

指纹之后便可对所需要的文件进行加密了。注：登记指纹时待指纹记录框中出现绿色标识

即为指纹登记完成，刷多次，系统选最佳指纹进行登记。

四、使用说明

1、文件加密：在对需要进行加密的文件或文件夹加密时右键点击目标文件，然后选中

BioExcess加密即可。有两种加密选项供选择，一为直接文件加密，二为隐藏加密即转为

私密空间，其他人无法看到加密后的文件。注：首次文件加密要设置windows密码，即

windows开机密码。在完成初始化向导后，您可使用任何登记的指纹登录到 Windows，

无需输入用户名和密码。在欢迎屏幕上，您只需在传感器上刷一下手指即可登录到您的

Windows 帐户。

注:打开加密文件查看文件时程序会自动备份一份未加密文件,查看文件后如需继续加

密文件删除备份文件即可,文件继续恢复加密状态。

2、文件解密：选中要解密的文件然后单击右键在菜单栏中选中“解密文件”即可。

3、Online Accounts 管理：有助于您保存网站/应用程序的用户 ID 和密码以便下次

登录时软件可为您自动填写用户 ID 和 密码。您已注册的所有网站/应用程序也会被保存

为Online Accounts项目。在Online Accounts页面中，您可分类、启动帐户、编辑帐

户信息和删除帐户。Online Accounts 管理可从 BioExcess 菜单打开（

BioExcess

Menu > 控制中心 > Online Accounts 管理

）。

4、快速切换用户：在启用时（复选框选中），多个用户可通过刷一下自己登记的手指

切换到其自己的 Windows 环境。此功能默认启用。若要禁用此功能，单击此复选框以取

消其选择即可。

五、刷指纹时的注意事项：

为了更好的使用本款指纹仪请注意一下事项

1、 登记手指部分一定要多于一个关节部位。

2、 手指轻贴传感器匀速平行的刷过。

3、 建议初次使用时多进行几次指纹登记操作练习。

Biometric fingerprint

Major Functions:

BioExcess is a multi-purpose fingerprint software package utilizing the

uniqueness of one's fingerprint features to prevent unauthorized access to your

Local disk partition encrypted fingerprint: with the flexibility to partition a

virtual hard disk, the user only has to connect the U-Key and go through

fingerprint verification, the partitions can be seen and used. Even in the computer

needs to reinstall or repair the system, outsiders can not see and use the hidden

virtual disk, save the file to ensure that the security and privacy

The system automatically login: only be allowed in advance and has

completed Fingerprint registered users can log in and use the computer while the

system will read the fingerprint information according to automatically log on to

different users. System screen saver lock: the screen saver is enabled, add

others from using your computer.

Installation Instructions:

1、

Decompression compressed files and chose the files

install frist,then chose the flies the two files complete

finished the system will prompt to restart your computer,after restart the driver

has been the program running automatic in the taskbar.

Initial Wizard：

1、To start using the software, you must first enroll your fingerprint(s). Click on

the BioExcess icon in the system tray and choose

Initial Wizard

. The Initial Wizard

welcome screen will pop up. To continue, click

Next

.

Note: For first time users, you can also swipe any finger over the fingerprint

sensor to launch the Initial Wizard.

2、

After you locate the sensor on your computer, you will be asked to

practice enrolling your finger. Click

Next

after you have completed the tutorial.

(This step is optional. Click

Next

if you want to skip this step.)

3、Next, you will be prompted to enter your Windows Logon password. Enter

your password and click

Next

.

Note: If you have not setup a Windows Logon password, you will be prompted

to create a new password. The password you enter here will become your

Windows password. Next time you log on to Windows, you may choose to swipe

your fingerprint or manually enter this password.

4 You will now be prompted to enroll your fingerprint. Click on a box on

top of the finger you would like to enroll. You must enroll at least one and at most

10 fingerprints. However, it is strongly recommended that you enroll at least two

fingerprints. Please follow the onscreen instructions to enroll. For detailed

instructions on fingerprint enrollment, please refer to the Fingerprint Management

section of this document.

5 After you have enrolled your fingerprints, the system will automatically

inform you when initialization is successful. Click

Finish

to complete the Initial

Wizard. Congratulations! BioExcess is now ready to be used.

Note: Initial Wizard is for first time users only.

How To Use

一、Fingerprint Enrollment:

You can enroll new fingerprints and delete existing fingerprints in the

Fingerprint Enrollment page.

Enrolling a Fingerprint

Operating Procedures:

1、Click Fingerprint Enrollment to select the finger(s) you wish to enroll.

2、Select the finger you wish to enroll by clicking the box on top of it.

3、 You will see three fingerprint capture boxes; the finger you choose to enroll

will be marked with a blue dot. Swipe your finger across the sensor, slowly and

precisely. The system will capture all your fingerprint data and once enrollment is

successful, it will state "Succeeded".

4、If the image cannot be captured, you will be notified with “bad image” or

“too fast” and the fingerprint will appear in red.

5、If the enrollment process failed, you will be notified with a red cross and

asked to try again.

6、Finish the enrollment by clicking

OK

to save your settings, or repeat the

above process to enroll another finger.

Note:

1、

The system aims to capture three identical images. If you swipe your

finger in a different angle, the image would be captured but the system needs

more images to verify/enroll your fingerprint.

2、

If you swipe too fast, the system will not capture the fingerprint and you

would be required to re-swipe your should keep constant speed.

二、 File Encryption：

You can encrypt a file in the following ways:

Select the "Encrypt File" option in the right-button context menu under the

"BioExcess" menu item.

When

Encrypt

button is selected, you will be requested for the following:

1、

Encryption backup password

2、

Confirmation of the password

3、

Password hint

Note: when you opened the Encode Files the program will backups a files with

no encryption automatically, if you want keep the files encryption after viewed you

should delete the copy.

Why you need an Encryption Backup Password?

1、

This password request is only for the first time you encrypt your files. For

future encryption, the system will automatically use this password for backup. Files

which are already encrypted cannot be encrypted again.

2、

If your encrypted file has been sent to another user/computer, the

encryption backup password is needed for file decryption. The user will also have

to install BioExcess in order to decrypt the file.

3、

If you uninstalled BioExcess and then reinstalled a new version, you will

need the same encryption backup password to decrypt your file/application.

Online Accounts Management：

Online Accounts Management helps you to store user IDs and passwords of

websites/applications, so that the next time you want to log on, the software will

auto fill-in your user ID and password for you. All the websites/applications which

you have registered will be saved as an Online Accounts Item. In the Online

Accounts page, you can categorize, launch the account, edit account information

and delete the account.

Online Accounts Management can be accessed from the BioExcess Menu

).
