Voltage meter, Ampere meter, ST-72 by SEW, Taiwan

Voltage meter

↓Switch off the machine power

↓Detach the Voltage meter

↓Connect the voltage meter to AC voltage current stand

(Ex.: Yokogawa 2558 AC voltage current standard)

↓ Switch on the voltage current stand, and check the below voltages and record the

result

↓ If there is any deviation between voltage standard and the read value, please

remove the cover and adjust the screw until the read value is correct.

(CAUTION: BE CAREFUL THE HIGH VOLTAGE)

↓ After above processes are completed, re-install the voltage meter onto the

machine.

Ampere meter (ST-72 by SEW, 0-300A CT ratio: 300/5)

↓Switch off the machine power

↓Detach the ampere meter

↓Connect the ampere meter to AC voltage current stand

(Ex.: Yokogawa 2558 AC voltage current standard)

↓ Switch on the voltage current stand, and check the below current and record the

result

Current Standard (A)

0 (0A)

1 (60A)

1.5 (90A)

2 (120A)

Read value of ampere meter(A)

Deviation

5 (300A)

↓ If there is any deviation between voltage standard and the read value, please

remove the cover and adjust the screw until the read value is correct.

(CAUTION: BE CAREFUL THE HIGH VOLTAGE)

↓ After above processes are completed, re-install the ampere meter onto the

machine.
