EXW

工厂交货/简单的说,是客户上工厂来提货。产品从离开工厂以后风险

与产生的费用完全由买家承担

FOB（Free on Board）

离岸价格/简言之，就是厂家负责将客户的产品运送到船。从货离开

船舷的那一刻开始厂家不再对客户的货承担责任。其过程中，供应商需要

承担内陆运费，进仓费，报关费，操作费以及港建费和其他在本土产生的

费用（产地证以及保险除外）

CNF（CFR）Cost and Freight
