摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multilayered hose by a reduced number

of processes without using a mandrel by degassing the gap between a resin layer and a

rubber layer to extrude both layers from the die head of an extrusion molding machine in

a mutually close contact state. SOLUTION: The degassing passage 12 connected to a

vacuum device 10 is formed within a rubber extrusion head 34 and communicates with a

resin extrusion head 132 and the space 14 formed by the rubber extrusion head 34 and a

heat insulating material 36. Further, the degassing passage 12 becomes an annular

degassing port 16 at the position held between an inner pipe orifice 54 and an outer pipe

orifice 62. Therefore, when the degassing passage 12 and the space 14 are evacuated by

the vacuum device 10, the interface between a resin layer 102 and a rubber layer 104 is

degassed. Subsequently, the resin layer 102 being the inner pipe of a multilayered hose

and the rubber layer 104 being the outer skin thereof are extruded in a mutually close

contact state almost at the same time.
