摘 要

解放战争时期是我军历史上最辉煌的时期之一，也是我军政治工作充分发

展的时期。解放战争时期人民解放军的政治工作，在以毛泽东为首的中共中央的

正确领导下，继承和发扬我军以往的优良传统，有了许多新创造。这一时期开展

的立功运动、王克勤运动、新式整军运动被称为“打开连队工作之门的钥匙”，对

军队政治工作产生了重大影响。这一时期的政治工作经验是中国共产党的宝贵财

富，是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分。

本文在马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的指导下，以人民解放军的历史

为线索，总结论述了解放战争时期我军思想政治工作的内容、特点及其经验。

本论文共分四个部分。第一部分简略介绍了本课题的研究意义和相关研究状

况，并提出了本论文的研究思路。第二部分介绍解放战争时期人民解放军政治工

作的基本内容和基本做法。这部分包含四个方面的内容：思想建设与文化宣传工

作；党组织建设和干部队伍建设；加强民主建设与纪律教育；充分发动广大人民

群众，做了支前民工的政治工作。第三部分主要介绍解放战争时期人民解放军政

治工作的基本特点。包括以下内容：政治工作中群众路线推进到一个新的阶段；

政治工作的内容更加丰富多彩；政治工作与军事工作更加协调一致。第四部分主

要介绍解放战争时期人民解放军政治工作的基本经验。我军解放战争时期政治工

作的经验主要有：坚持党对军队政治工作的领导；政治工作必须紧紧围绕军队的

中心任务来开展；培养能以身作则、身体力行的政治工作干部；树立典型人物，

开展榜样教育。

ABSTRACT

Period during China’s War of Liberation was the most brilliant period in history

of our army and also was the period that the PLA’s political work developed

by Mao Zedong and the Party Central Committee of the CPC the

PLA’s political work in China’s war of Liberation inherited and developed the good

tradition of our army and also have many new a Deed of Merit Movement

and Wang keqing Movement and New Train and Consolidate Movement had

significant influnce on our army’s political work during this stage and also were

compared to the key to open the door of the company’s work .Experience of political

work during this period was the valuable wealthy of the CPC and also the important

part of Mao Zedong Thought.

Under the guide of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought and Theory of

Deng Xiaoping this article expounded the content and feature and experience of the

PLA’s political work in China ’s War of Liberation.

This article divided into four first part introduce the significance and

research results about this task second part introduce the basical contents

of the PLA’s political work in China’s War of Liberation .The third part introduce the

feature of the PLA’s political work in China’s War of Liberation .It included the

contents as follows:the mass line were carry out more completely in political

work ;contents of political work was more abundant ;political work and millitary

work was more coordinate ;.The fourth part mainly introduce the basical experience

of the PLA’s political work in China’s War of Liberation .It includes the contents as

follows:consolidate the CPC’s leadership in political work; political work must carry

on according to the PLA’s central task;train cadres who can set an example ;set up

typical person carry on exampe education.
