照排机常见报错信息以及问题基本判断

Error type: ERROR
Internal error
An error occurred in the program sequence

Error type: ERROR
An error occurred in the mirror motor unit
The time monitor reports timeout during the spin-up phase of the mirror motor

The recorder hardware is defective. Note down the error number and inform the service department

出片有波浪形状的变形，转镜SOL板有问题
Error number: ERR_0016
Error type: CRITICAL ERROR
An error occurred in the air supply unit
The air safety switch is not closed

Switch off the recorder and restart it. If the error still occurs, note down the error number and notify the service
department

气压不够，漏气
（1）将肥皂水涂在气管接口处，有气泡出现则为漏气的地方
（2）将顺时针转，如机器不能启动，将的气管插在一个带调节阀的气压表上，如果机器能起来，
则要清洁或更换气压调节阀
（3）将排水电磁阀处气管用手堵上，如果机器能起来则排水电磁阀有问题
（4）用气压表量压缩泵出来的气压，应该瞬间达到0.4MPa，如果瞬间气压太小则要清洁或更
换压缩泵

The mirror air cooler temperature is to high

制冷有问题
（1）量X71插头上是否有直流14伏电，如没有则MASC问题
（2）如有电，用手摸制冷片外面铜块，如铜块不凉，则制冷片问题
（3）如上述两点都没问题，在超级终端看制冷温度，如果温度不对，则传感器问题

The air pump did not start
TimeOut while reading vacuum pump sensor on fpga-port.

The adjust bias current of the laser diode is higher than the maximum current

Note down the error number and inform the service department
The maximum diode current in the static parameters is too low, or the laser diode is defective. Check the laser diode

An error occurred in the slow scan unit
The stepper board signals a short circuit
--
Switch off the recorder and restart it. If the error still occurs, note down the error number and notify the service
department
Check the safety loop and the power supply (36V)

一般为照排机侧盖未盖上，也可能是MASC，电源，或者slow scan driver板问题
