2024年东方航空飞机票退票手续费标准

1.乘客在起飞前30分钟以内申请退票，手续费为票面价的50%。

Passengers who apply for a refund within 30 minutes

before take-off will be charged 50% of the ticket price.

2.乘客在起飞前2小时至30分钟之间申请退票，手续费为票面价

的30%。

Passengers who apply for a refund between 2 hours and 30

minutes before take-off will be charged 30% of the ticket

price.

3.乘客在起飞前24小时至2小时之间申请退票，手续费为票面价

的20%。

Passengers who apply for a refund between 24 hours and 2

hours before take-off will be charged 20% of the ticket price.

4.乘客在起飞前48小时至24小时之间申请退票，手续费为票面

价的10%。

Passengers who apply for a refund between 48 hours and 24

hours before take-off will be charged 10% of the ticket price.

5.乘客在起飞前72小时至48小时之间申请退票，手续费为票面

价的5%。

Passengers who apply for a refund between 72 hours and 48

hours before take-off will be charged 5% of the ticket price.

6.超出以上时间范围申请退票，手续费为票面价的1%。

For refunds requested outside of the above time frames, a

fee of 1% of the ticket price will be charged.

7.请乘客在申请退票时提供有效的身份证明和机票信息。

Please provide valid identification and ticket

information when applying for a refund.

8.乘客如需办理退票手续，请到东方航空售票处或通过官方网站

进行办理。
