NC疑难杂症
1、 客户端访问某些节点白屏？（陕西电信）
客户环境：HP-UNIX11.2、NC501
问题现象：客户端访问某些节点出现白屏、有的弹出对话框不出现……

UAP回复说是缓存的问题，但是通过以下几种处理方法均不起作用：
1、 删除客户端缓存（包括JAR缓存）；
2、 删除服务器端的缓存；
3、 删除nchome/bin目录下面的：、
4、 设置offline目录的权限。
解决方案：在中间件启动文件中指定时区：export TZ=CST-8
2、 NC客户端访问有问题，IE访问没问题？（碧桂园）
客户环境：
问题现象：动态增加一台应用服务器，没有重新部署、生成插件、传播插件；用NC
客户端访问NC（访问主服务器的80端口），始终报错，但是如果访问指定的端口（如：
主服务器的8081端口），可以正常使用；用IE访问主服务器的80端口，一切正常；停止
新增加的服务器上的server，NC客户端访问正常。
3、 NC所有的附件都打不开？（大连万达）
客户环境：
问题现象：NC上传的附件打不开，供应链、房地产项目管理；
解决方案：关闭瑞星防火墙，问题解决。
4、 NC使用一步登陆法没问题，使用两步登陆法就登陆不上（出不来帐套）（重庆
力帆）

解决方案：是因为他们同时修改了监听端口和端口，但是保存后node文件里没有和
