Hello everyone! My name is Little Jack and I'm going to

share with you an inspiring speech by Jack Ma, the famous

businessman. Even though some parts might be a bit hard, I'll do

my best to explain it simply so we can all learn from his wise

words.

Jack Ma said:

"My dear friends who are striving amidst confusion, I was

once like you. As a young man, I felt lost, insecure, and full of

doubts about my future. I applied for jobs at KFC and got

rejected. I failed the university entrance exam three times. But I

never gave up hope.

You see, the path to success is never a straight line. It zigs

and zags, with ups and downs along the way. The most

important thing is to keep moving forward, no matter how small

the step. Every rejection, every failure, is an opportunity to learn

and grow stronger.

I'll never forget my first job as an English teacher, earning

just 12 a month. It was a humble beginning, but I gave it my all. I

believed that by working hard and never compromising my

values, I could make a difference in this world.

And that's exactly what happened. Years of perseverance led

me to start my own company, Alibaba. We didn't have much

money or resources, but we had a dream - to empower small

businesses and create opportunities through internet

technology.

The early days were incredibly tough. We faced countless

challenges and naysayers who doubted our vision. But we kept

pushing forward, driven by our passion and belief in a better

future.

My friends, I want you to know that it's okay to feel lost or

confused sometimes. It's part of the journey. What matters most

is how you respond to those feelings. Do you let them consume

you, or do you use them as fuel to work harder and smarter?

Never be afraid to dream big. When I started Alibaba, people

thought I was crazy for trying to build a global internet company

from China. But I didn't listen to the doubters. I followed my

heart and my convictions.
